The site is in Deftera, Nicosia. A very hilly, dry terrain characterises the plot. The building is located on the top of a hill, and follows the topography to form a V-shape plan. One side provides three bedrooms whist the other consists the public, living areas. The two are connected with a glass bridge. This configuration defines an outdoor area that integrates the swimming pool and barbecue areas. The introduction of an indoor garden in the basement provides light to the spaces underneath (office space, games room, guest house).
