The entrance of the building is defined by a bold geometric form that emphasises the flow toward the structure. The visitor’s path is enriched by the placement of planters with greenery at different levels, softening the hardness of the concrete. The materiality of the building consists mainly of exposed concrete, fibre cement board panels, dark grey Alucobond cladding, glass, and metal elements, creating a harmonious contrast. The concrete offers stability, while the glass brings light into the interior and establishes a visual connection with the surrounding environment. Black metal details, such as railings and vertical louvers, reinforce the modern character. This building functions as a complex of luxury apartments, designed to high specifications. The distribution of interior spaces appears to adapt to the needs of the users, offering comfort, natural lighting, and ventilation. In summary, the project embodies the philosophy of contemporary architecture, providing a functional and aesthetically pleasing space where form follows function, while also meeting the needs of its users.
