Located on Griva Digeni Avenue in the heart of Paphos, the project involves the vertical extension of an existing ground-floor structure with the addition of five new levels. The building accommodates office spaces across five of its six floors, while the first floor features a lounge bar. The new addition takes the form of an elegant elliptical volume that rises above the existing base, housing open-plan offices on each level. Access to the upper floors is provided through the shared staircase positioned along the eastern side of the building.
