Developed across two levels, the house places the main living areas, living room, kitchen, and dining space, in an open-plan arrangement on the upper entry level, accompanied by three bedrooms. The lower level, taking advantage of the natural slope, accommodates the guest suite, utility areas, parking, and the outdoor leisure zones. A sculptural external ramp running along the façade enhances circulation and creates a dynamic visual experience, reinforcing the reading of the house as a continuous horizontal line embedded within the landscape. The design of volumes and spatial functions carefully balances the priorities of uninterrupted views, privacy, and integration with the natural environment. Materiality plays a vital role, with exposed concrete, wood, stone, and expansive glazing ensuring both architectural clarity and sensitivity to the surroundings. Retaining walls clad in natural stone serve not only as structural supports for the slope but also as key aesthetic elements, shaping the outdoor areas, forming planter beds, defining pathways, and visually anchoring the residence to the terrain. The garden unfolds in stepped tiers planted with low Mediterranean vegetation, reinforcing the connection with the local landscape while offering privacy and shading. At the edge of the main level, the infinity pool is strategically positioned to dissolve the boundary between built form and natural setting, its alignment with the horizon amplifying the sense of openness and freedom.
