The building presented is a modern apartment block that conveys a sense of pure geometry and minimalist aesthetics, founded on the materiality of exposed concrete. The project incorporates principles of contemporary modernism, with a strong presence of architectural rhythm and a simple, rigorous composition. Externally, exposed concrete dominates as the main material, with visible horizontal and vertical lines and embossed strips that lend texture and rhythm to the façades. The façade itself is strictly symmetrical, with the balcony bands forming horizontal zones that organise the composition into three distinct levels. The structure is arranged around a central vertical axis—the staircase—which separates the two sides of the façade and reinforces the sense of linearity. The lateral façades continue the aesthetic of exposed concrete, punctuated by small window openings strategically positioned to ensure both natural light and privacy. At the rear, the building integrates an outdoor space with a swimming pool and landscaped planting, establishing a serene and private living environment.
