The new building contains, on the ground floor, the hotel’s reception area, as well as a restaurant that opens out to the external space, offering a comfortable and pleasant environment for guests. On the first floor, there is a bar with ample views, creating a unique meeting point. Additionally, on this floor are the hotel’s additional amenities, including a gym and a spa, equipped with massage rooms and a sauna, catering to guests’ needs for relaxation and wellness. The hotel rooms are designed with an emphasis on functionality and luxury. Some of them feature private pools and comfortable loungers on ground-floor terraces, shaded by wooden pergolas. The balconies were added as external rectangular volumes, with their interiors finished in wood. The projecting volumes give depth to the facades. The rooms offer a sense of seclusion and relaxation. Meanwhile, the central pool area offers guests the opportunity to interact with other visitors in a warm and tasteful environment. The use of earth-toned cement plaster on the exterior walls, combined with wooden elements on the balconies and pergolas, gives the building a natural, earthy aesthetic. The colours and materials have been carefully chosen to harmonise with the surroundings and create a sense of tranquility and luxury. Particular attention was paid to the lighting and the design of the surrounding space. The lighting highlights the textures and volumes of the building, while the landscaping with plantings complements the whole, creating an environment that invites guests to relax and enjoy their stay. The final appearance of the hotel highlights the building’s identity as a contemporary landmark in the city.
