The complex consists of four independent residences, carefully positioned within the plot to ensure both the privacy of the residents and visual continuity with the natural landscape. The composition is organised into two pairs of houses, placed on either side of a central green corridor, creating a balanced and harmonious ensemble. The architectural proposal places particular emphasis on the relationship between interior and exterior space. The main functions —living room, dining area, and kitchen— open up to private courtyards and terraces, while the outdoor areas are designed with seating spaces, shaded zones, and swimming pools, offering high-quality living and direct contact with nature. The houses are defined by clean geometries and a contemporary aesthetic that highlights the contrast between the white volumes and the earthy tones of exposed concrete, enriched with metallic cladding in golden hues.
