The residence unfolds on two levels, combining clean geometries with a warm materiality that balances between minimalist aesthetics and the functionality of everyday life. The main façade is defined by elongated white volumes, alternating with wood cladding, travertine marble surfaces, and large openings. The clarity of the lines is enhanced by glass railings and aluminium louvers, while the double-height entrance opening adds a dynamic character. Inside, the ground floor hosts the main communal areas: living room, dining room, and kitchen. The open-plan space faces the garden and swimming pool, with large sliding glass doors that dissolve the boundaries between interior and exterior. The living area, centred around the double-height travertine marble fireplace, reinforces the sense of spatiality and offers an atmosphere of understated luxury.
On the upper floor are the private areas: the master bedroom with its en-suite bathroom and free-standing bathtub, as well as the additional bedrooms. Transparency and natural light dominate, while wooden elements bring warmth and balance to the strictness of white and glass. The outdoor area is designed as an extension of the residence: the swimming pool is directly connected to the living room, while the organically shaped garden with its seating areas creates focal points for relaxation and social interaction. This residence represents a composition where the simplicity of form and the quality of materials are combined into an architectural proposal that exudes elegance, balance, and comfort.
