Designing on one of the few available plots at the very edge of Faros Beach was both a responsibility and an exceptional opportunity. The project needed to respond to the qualities of the site and meet the expectations of beachfront living, prioritising easy access, security, natural daylight, stunning views, durable natural materials, and expansive, open spaces that embody relaxed living. The resulting development comprises three residences that embrace modern design principles. Each is configured with wide open-plan living areas, and the western façade is separated from the load-bearing structure, resulting in a continuous glass frontage, much of which can slide open on two sides. This design almost transforms the entire ground floor into a covered veranda, blurring the boundary between interior and exterior. The covered swimming pool extends toward the sea with an infinity edge, connecting seamlessly to both the interior and the veranda, with the design focused entirely on the beach and sunset views. The living room, pool, and every bedroom enjoy a western orientation, while limited windows on the eastern façades provide privacy and reduce exposure to the road.
