The site is located near the Mesa Geitonia roundabout and is bounded on one side by the Limassol–Nicosia motorway. The building form responds to the linearity and speed of the motorway by creating a protective wall, complemented by a playful, south-facing elevation. The upper floors take advantage of long views toward the sea. The design intention was to create a building where a complex programme shapes the aesthetic and generates a dynamic form and appearance. Decoration and ornamentation have been deliberately avoided, resulting in calm and uncluttered spaces that provide an optimal work environment for the occupants. A key feature of the project is flexibility. The combination of structural systems allows spaces to remain open and seamless, without the interruption of large structural elements, making the internal layout of the offices fluid and fully customisable.
