The sides of the building continue the exposed concrete aesthetic, with small, strategically placed window openings that provide both light and privacy, while the rear side incorporates an outdoor area with a pool and planting, creating a calm and private living environment. Inside, the design follows the same minimalist and high-end aesthetic. Neutral colours, natural wood, and concrete create a balanced and warm environment, while the presence of concrete in the interiors adds authenticity and materiality to the space.

The building consists of twelve two-bedroom apartments, four on each floor. The ground floor accommodates common-use areas, while the roof features a shared terrace for residents. Overall, the building stands as a characteristic example of contemporary high-standard housing, emphasising architectural rigor, purity of form, and the seamless integration of natural materials. The use of exposed concrete is not merely a construction choice but a primary element of architectural expression, imparting character, permanence, and identity to the building.
