We designed two residential buildings in the same neighbourhood. The client owned both sites and wanted two projects with individual character, but a unified identity. The blocks provide 5 and 4 units in as many floors. The design keeps in line with the scale of the surrounding area and orients the flats to achieve the best views possible. The material selection is the same for both projects, and both are developed on the concept of a metal-clad shell wrapped around the programme, opening the entire facade for balconies and sliding glass doors
